Currently interviewing for an associate medical malpractice position. Any help for preparing what to expect or what you think of the industry? I do not have a medical background so I am aware that the medical side is a constant learning curve. Thank!
Hi folks, need guidance. Skill - . Net + azure and YOE - 4.

Are they trying to take my one more round of interview? I was hoping to get offer after sending documents.
Any WIT in Boston? I'm interviewing for a really exciting opportunity in downtown and would be relocating there after it's safe. Would love to hear about any groups or resources!
Bonus points for intersectionality and welcoming of LGBT individuals (I'm a gender non-conforming butch lesbian). Bonus bonus points for a group that isn't all white.
Also where should I be looking to live? I heard Boston has a lot of racism issues and is very segregated...
What’s a reasonable amount of time for it to take to hear back after a first round interview? It’s been 6 days for me

Why does it seem so hard to get to the Senior Executive Service level in government? I see so many inexperienced people getting hired into SES and then m asking a mess of things but I can’t even get an interview. What is the secret that I am missing?
I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?
Anyone have insight into the Meta interview process for Recruiters? What do they pay? Facebook (Meta)

Any moms take a gap for family / kids and then get back to work? Any moms who wanted to but didn't last minute?
How was it? Was it hard? How long were you out? Was it worth it? What career sacrifice was required? How did people treat the gap in interviews? Glad you did it / regret the decision? What support did you have / not have that helped you decide to do it / not do it? Why did you choose to stay working? How did you manage it all?
Tell me everything! Everything!
Hey everyone! In the midst of all the craziness, I’m having a rating agency interview that will last for 2 hours. Any suggestions on preparation?

I was offered a Part Time Physician Case Manager Position (Remote) in Malaysia on 4th November 2022. I was interviewed by your Medical Director (Dr. Christine Louis) via Microsoft teams platform. The whole onboarding process was handled by a senior HR admin from Shanghai.
Subsequently, I was required to sign a contract and provide financial details and ID for onboarding purposes. I have then given Microsoft office sign-in credentials.
Would like to verify the facts and personnel above. TQ!
I had an interview and the recruiter (White F) could not stop talking about DEI and POC % hires. It’s great yes but I didn’t even mention or ask about it yet. Barely had time to talk about myself. I was slightly uncomfortable. She made me feel like a diversity hire.
I have an interview with a small firm in San Francisco and they’ll probably ask me my salary expectations, but I have no idea what’s market these days. So what’s the salary range for mid- to senior-level private practice V.C./M&A attorneys in San Francisco? Thanks!
I’ve recently left my job (unhappy with it) and am applying for new work. I have a few irons in the fire at the moment. I’m curious about a trend I am seeing: I like to think I’ve well documented my abilities and functions in my CV, as well as my portfolio. I’ve noticed that for some of these jobs that I can check every single box in the job description, I won’t even get an interview. I’m wondering if many of these jobs are posted for internal hires, but some stay open for weeks. What gives?
I have interview scheduled with nielsenIq tomorrow for java spring boot position. Kindly let me know ehat questions we can except. I already cleared codility coding round.
I have received an offer from Wipro that has the below line added in the offer letter mail body.
"Further, please note that this conditional offer is subjected to the success of the Client Interview (if any)."
Can someone suggest what exactly does this mean? Will there be another round of interview as all the rounds are already cleared? Will my offer be revoked if the client interview gets unsuccessful?
Thanks in advance.
What is going on at Deloitte CyberSecurity Practice? The hiring process was so riddled with mistakes I turned them down. I’ve got 3 POS HP laptops sitting here, a sign on bonus 6 weeks before I start, a bill for over payment, 3 coaches, and a 2 month background check that never concluded. How’s life on the inside? I imagine it’s very short staffed and riddled with problems. Fair assumption?
Is employment data really one of the most accurate indications of the economy's direction? I'm not sold.

Maxed out Roth IRA contributions when I wasn't eligible for 2021 (got a salary bump mid year). Do I need to recharacterize? It's a very small account that's been open for only two years. That's the only IRA account I own. Do I need to open a traditional IRA and roll over 6k + realized gains into that account and keep the Roth IRA. So confused how this works and got conflicting information from Merrill.
Received a letter from Wells Fargo today. They are offering a refinance of fixed 30 year mortgage at 3.5%. I have no idea how they can do this judging by today’s interest rates. Currently my interest rate is at 4.5%. Judging by Wells Fargo sketchy history, I don’t trust it, however has anyone else gotten this offer?
How are bonuses typically structured in all of your various firms? We are a small firm, relatively lucrative, hourly billing, few, if any, contingency cases. I am an associate as well as the office manager. I am expected to keep up with both jobs. When we discuss bonuses, the baseline is always billables only. I am essentially being docked for the admin tasks I must do - such as all HR, oversee clerks, interact with landlord, manage physical space, i.e. supplies, tech, materials. Advice?

Any mechanical engineers here?
Been trying to fill my employer role I have for a while. I seem to be missing the mark though. I just have a few requirements. 1. Don't be racist, 2. Accept that not having the experience doesn't mean you can't do the job.
3. Be kind and not just nice or be both.
Anyone here worked or currently worked with built technologies? Can you give some feedback on your experience?

Hi so I finally got my offer from Google for an L3 in NY, I have a little over 2.5 YOE. My offer was 152k base, standard 15% bonus, and 161k equity over the 4 years, first is this a good offer? How much more can I realistically get? And now I currently make just a tad bit more base, can I use that as leverage to get more for base? TIA

I currently work in a Corp Dev team at a non FAANG firm (e.g. Square, Indeed, Uber). I could continue to work in Corp Dev or transition to Product or Business Development in the same company. I could also transition to VC (getting headhunted). How do I think of these opportunities?
