Just letting this off my chest.. I just accepted a role for a project specialist position in TX and I was too nervous to negotiate. They offered me 73k which I don’t think is a bad offer, but I do feel that I left money on the table. I should be excited about this new opportunity but I am mad at myself for not negotiating

90% of my clients are agencies. I slot seamlessly into their teams and the need for daily collaboration is v high. I charge a day/week rate.
10% is brand direct, on a project rate.
I love the work but starting to think about how I can scale up. I’m often turning down work cause I’m fully booked. CONT in comments...
