Looking for remote analyst jobs starting by my December graduation. Which companies emphasize work-life balance and have the best starting salaries? What can I improve to increase my chances of landing a remote position? Looking for referrals at Royal Caribbean Cruises Southwest Airlines FedEx Zillow Inc Google Facebook (Meta) Apple Opendoor Tesla Universal Studios Visa Mastercard Microsoft

Love the enthusiasm- however I’d say most of these companies aren’t allowing student hires to be remote, and you might want to focus on a particular job function or duty rather than “remote or bust”. Your resume as it stands isn’t bent towards any particular role - but that can be fixed.
Are you wanting to stay in Florida?

Appreciate that you’re going out on a limb to ask for advice here. What kind of Analyst roles did you want to pursue? Maybe tailor your resume to showcase those skills and internships. Your resume looks like you have more marketing than analyst experience.
Apple 1 Business, data, and pricing analyst mainly. But I’m flexible as I’m unsure what exactly what I want to do yet.

Resume as it stands won’t get interviews at half the places you are interested in.
Google 1 Yes, I want to stay in Florida. How can I fix my resume?
PHD Candidate 1 I’m open to working anywhere, I’m throwing places out there. How can I improve my resume to land a remote gig? I’m looking for W/L balance, competitive pay, and a remote option over prestige. So working for somewhere like Google isn’t mandatory.

Recommend the Wharton resume template (attached). You need to quantify your bullet points. Action —> Result —> Impact. Look up resources from well known business schools for guides — many are available. Demonstrate your skills through actions rather than participation or occupying roles.
Hey! Southwest isn’t offering fully remote positions. It’s mostly hybrid with 2-3 days in office per week. There is good work-life balance. I’d recommend an analyst position in Revenue Management based on your comments. They sometimes do take entry level analysts.
I agree with the other comments on your resume. Show how the work you’ve done led to results.
Happy to refer you at Mastercard if there’s an appropriate opportunity posted on the website. Most work is remote/hybrid. DM me!
