I am stressing over neck scar that I got from a surgery I had recently. I mostly work from home but have to be in the office to meet clients and co workers in person for the first time since the surgery. Only my manager knows that I had surgery recently. What is the best way to hide scars. Really don't like scarfs or big necklaces around my neck. I feel they are also too formal for where I work.

Hope this isn’t too sensitive a topic to ask about, but for all those with deeper Indian roots than I do (born in or living in India), can you please explain why some people posit that even having this chat perpetuates the negative parts of a caste system? My perhaps naive perspective is that Brahmins are a caste but also a religious subsect. One can be religious and seek similar devotees without believing in or perpetuating caste hierarchy.
