Median base for my title/geo ~170 (mean ~166, 0.75 ~226).

Certs: CIPM, M365 Security Admin/Architect, AWS SOA, AN, & Security.

Vet, Inactive TS.

Highlights of the year: flew out on 12hr notice to evac E Europe-based employees & families, plugged 3 exposures before they became breaches, built TVM/privacy program from scratch, onboarded new CNAPP.

Hi, To share my experience who are looking to exit. I am a director at KP, YOE consulting 12 years at 200K base 15% bonus:

TD / RBC AVP, 160 - 170K Base 50% bonus + stock, etc.
CPPIB D, 150 - 170K base 50% bonus
CPPIB MD, 180 - 200K base 100% bonus (yes, 100%)
Magna, MGR 175K base max
SAKS Off 5th (US), D, 190K Base 15% bonus
MLSE D, 140 - 160K,
Kainos, architect, 190K base max.

I ended up with a US based HR tech firm, Architect: 230K CAD 15% bonus stock options.

Is the extra effort you need to put into a promotion to SM + the additional responsibilities you get i.e. sales targets once you are at SM worth it, comparing to M. I am on 82base + car allowance. Wondering if the additional 20k?? a year are worth it?

Just received an offer at an investment bank (associate in wealth management) and was offered 130k base and up to 15k bonus based on individual and firm performance. I have 3.5 YOE and job is based in NYC. I have a horrible track record of not negotiating so I would like to break that cycle. Any advice? Im thinking about asking for 15k more base

I am in a difficult situation got an offer from one company with 40% hike i told them i will avail buyout option and join there in 2 weeks as i am currently not serving notice period. now i am not getting interest to join there due to work timings but not getting calls to try for other opportunities. Nagarro , YOE -4 ,Tech stack -QA , I have joined Nagarro 6 months ago , i was tagged in first project AFTER spending 2 months in bench , project was in manual testing , I asked the manager for change of project and he approved that I was released from project within 1.5 month , again got tagged in project project started very late and now there is again manual testing , should I re ask to change project ,or search for other opportunities outside ???? Due to a recent company-wide increase and additional pay for bilingual direct reports I am only making a dollar and change above them as their supervisor. I was hired into this position in March, having been the first employee in this department. I really tried to get them to budge on salary, they did not, but shortly after accepting they gave the whole company a dollar raise.

I have masters and 6 years of experience. I recently learned that a new grad who doesnt have his state boards yet has 39 per hour. A coworker experience of 20 years gets 50per hour. Anybody work for Parallon HCA? I’m wondering what they pay you as a virtual registrar if you’re a non Hispanic versus if you are a Hispanic person. Starting they have offers for pay of $21. I’ve noticed with some healthcare companies they do not want to pay for a bilingual differential which is poor professional behavior in my opinion.

I was recently (in April) fired from a good nursing position that I was at for 5 years. I reached out to my old ADON to get some information on where we had our vaccinations from and she told me that I should come back and the administrator that I had issues with is gone. Is this something I should even consider? I miss my patients and some of my coworkers and the pay is better, but I don't feel like I would really be welcome to come back.
