Hey folds, need your advice. What is the key requirement to be a post sales customer success manager in a tech company? Does anyone have any guidance on how best to present a customer onboarding plan or examples of when you were impressed by a CSM?

But this coworker that asked off works different shift than me? He works 1st shift I work second. We have a total of 8 workers and no more than 4 work a day. can easily be covered. How much does an M1 make in Deloitte in the cyber strategy space base and bonus included?

Offer eval - 195k base, 12% bonus, 10k signing bonus and no Initial RSUs which seems to be standard (218k tc), eligible for RSU refreshers after first year. This is for visa, cybersecurity senior manager over IAM operations and compliance (people manager role). im currently in a TPM ic role trying to get into management. 7.5 yoe and nontechnical. Is this competitive? I was told the top end of the base was 215k but reserved for people with prior management experience. Initial offer was low 180k
