Carrots are my fave because they're crunchy. As with any fruits and veggies be careful not to eat too much because natural sugars. Celery is nice too if you can tolerate it.

All the fried/sugary/salt heavy shit will make you feel horrible, give it up for a week and see how you feel

Not what you want to hear but unless you’re eating ice chips, everything will have calories. You probably should try to make heartier meals 2-3 times a day and not eat throughout the day because you’re bored.
Homemade popcorn? Not very carby, will give that crunch you need when mindlessly munching and you can control what seasonings/fat go in it
BBQ broad beans. Good protein less guilt
