I am interviewing at Adobe for a HR Generalist Contract position and when they asked me what my pay expectations are, I asked them what their pay range and expectations were for this role. They let me know they were unable to tell me, yet still wanted me to give an answer. Do you believe that’s fair? How should I bring up pay expectations in my next round of interviews to ensure I am aware of what this position is offering so I don’t lowball or overshoot myself?

So this is less of a confession and more of a question. Four weeks into a new job and within the first days I realized the title/role was a bait and switch. Brought this to attention of HR...

Does anyone here have similar symptoms and how do they get relief?
I suffer year long with allergies, at least that’s what I call it.
I can’t breath well from my nose, mostly blocked. Medicines like Flonase, allergies meds, nasal rinse and steam give me some relief but not that much.
Every few months the fluids in my sinuses are not drained and I develop an infection.
Body ache, bad headache in the morning etc.
Been to many doctors but they shrug their shoulders and ask me to keep the same meds

Is it too soon to realize if I was better at the 'actual work' in the industry than I am in consulting? 5 years leading S2P improvements in the industry (exceptional rating all years) and now 9 months in Sourcing / Procurement Consulting as an SC and feels like I am going back to my analyst days in the industry doing all the superficial / fluffy work (work is great, but not as fulfilling from a learning / growth standpoint).

I think they may handle both creative & media jobs but I’m curious. Has anyone ever gotten a job or even a response from Mondo? I get multiple emails from different “people” about the same job listing and any time I’ve replied to prospecting email I’ve never received a response.
