Op- ups and downs happens in life. And I believe it’s the downs that help you shape your character. Add discipline/routine to your life - timebox everything. Exercise and eat healthy, do yoga/meditation. All of this will help you how you feel. And hopefully, help your relationship.

I try to make time to treat/check in with myself. That could be by having a spa day, journaling, or just taking a much needed break. I also try to talk to friends and family that can always put a smile on my face and help me see things positively :)
