I was contacted by an external recruiting firm for a senior level position. I had a scheduled interview with my hiring manager and it went great! She wanted to get me to the next level of interviews and said the external recruiter would contact me. It’s been over a month and crickets. I have sent 4 follow up emails and they won’t return any of them.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Hi I am hiring for my office in Israel. I am being told that there is no ownership on resumes. In the US if the person we hire is in our database within the last year we pay no fee. But in Israel my people tell me there is no such thing and if they present a candidate and we hire them we owe a fee whether the candidate is in our DB or not. Has anyone had experience in Israel with this situation?? Thank you in advance.

Hi Community, I need a career advice about how to get into Marketing Analytics. I am currently a Marketing Coordinator with 1.5 years of experience. I can't learn analytics in my current company, they don't have a Marketing data management team/department.

I had my delloite HR final round and its been 1 month my offer letter is not rolled out. HR says leadership is not availaible. Should I keep chasing HR or will they come back and this delay is expected for delloite?

I work for startup tech co. that was recently integrated with a larger similar employer. For 5 years I’ve been a contract 1099 employee salary range about $30k annually. My employer would like to offer me a managerial position yet still a 1099, however would like to offer compensation/bonuses to weigh out the fact that they are not providing any health ins, benefits or tax garnishments. I have zero tax write offs as a 1099 just for reference. What salary range should I be asking for?

So I’ve always had a rough time trying to find what role titles I would be a good fit to apply to given that my career growth has been so peculiar (HR assistant at hotel, Operations Manager at hotel, seller support at Amazon, customer experience coordinator at an IT company, talent acquisition specialist at a health org)
In those roles I normally took more in my plate than the typical role requires (hr functions, data analysis, etc)
With 6-7 years if exp what role should I look?

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"
