Looking for some inspiration for those that were pregnant and lost some weight but had healthy babies. I'm trying to eat but get so full. And gestational diabetes has not been helping. I'm so worried about the babies. Having twins.

I’m here to assure you everything will be A-OK. My pre pregnancy weight was 180. I lost weight early on likely because of nausea and having to eat smaller meals. Plus no alcohol consumption! Later on I developed gallstones and had to be cautious of my diet to reduce flare ups. My relationship with food just tanked. All that to say, my last weigh in was 181 and I delivered a healthy 6 lb 15 oz baby last Friday! And my appetite is back!

Thank you!! My pre pregnancy was 167. And recently I lost weight and just 172, and 7 months preggo tomorrow. Thank you for sharing.

You will be fine. The baby will take from you. Just be sure you are taking a very high quality prenatal!

I’ve never heard of that, but I know friends who took Seeking Health Optimal Prenatal (+ separate iron supplement at night) due to the high vitamin content

I lost weight overall when I was pregnant with twins. I was panicked because I read a lot that said that gaining weight was essential for twins to not be low birth weight. The nausea and morning sickness lasted more than 20 weeks and then I just didn’t have any room in my stomach for food! They ended up being born 5 weeks early and weighed 5 lbs 9 oz and 6 lbs 5 oz - not small at all for twins! Just do what you can - my doctor always told me that they will get their nutrients from you no matter what!

Thank you guys so much for words of encouragement. Definitely needed this 🙏♥️😘

Are you struggling with volume/pain issues? I am too and it helped to shift to low volume high calorie food. I also try to add a spoonful of PB, some cheese, or some guac to every meal or snack. No GD here so I understand that may affect the above advice.

In the same boat 😔

I hear you EY on the gallstones affecting our relationship to Food!!

You just get so cautious.
For what it’s worth, I found that magnesium drink powders helped with flareups- and that’s safe for pregnancy too

I requested for change in location but in vain, organisation did not even arranged for place to stay for single woman. I resigned now after few months with no job in hand

Hi Guys,
Hope everyone is well.

I am looking for a part time role for additional income source. I currently work in Category Management team of a Packed Food Company in Mumbai, India.

When I look for the part time roles I only find shady MLM and some delivery jobs. Nothing wrong in delivery jobs, but I am more inclined towards WFH role as me and my wife are pregnant.

Can you guys suggest where can I find reliable part time roles?

Thanks,
Kunal
