I think my current salary is ok, but I am considering asking for a small raise now, after one year has passed. The increase would not change my life but would make me appreciated and valued. Ive been in an intermodal logistics cordinator for my company for 7 years now and just this last year, i recieved no salary increase because i had reached the "salary limit" for my possition which is 50k. I want to see what else is out there and keep my options open. Do you have any recommendations on where i can start as i have not had to look in over 7 years and seems like alot has changed.
