I got an offer from IBM at my preferred location and they also confirmed that I am already tagged to a project which operates from some other location. Is there any chance they would ask me to relocate after joining? Heard IBM is flexible with location.

I think I am a pretty good programmer. I can do clean coding and make complex systems that are easily maintainable and understandable for my colleague's at a good pace. However, my personality afk is completely the opposite, I'm messy, incoherent in speech, easily confused and distracted and perceived as ditzy. I've been accused of being dumb sheep. Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.

After an honest conversation, he said that I fit more with Marketing Associate.
