I’m in the same position as you and decided on Beverly Grove! WeHo seemed like a good option too but you get a little more square footage in Beverly Grove if that’s a concern for you.

If you are okay without a washer dryer in unit, you will have plenty of options in most areas. This amenity comes at a premium in LA, unfortunately.
I’d echo Beverly Grove, possibly the best place to live in LA in terms of location. Miracle Mile is even more centrally located but has less stuff to do in its immediate vicinity than Beverly Grove and WeHo
