I am finding it very difficult to get a FEA job in Mumbai (moving out from Pune). Do you think not many FEA jobs are there in Mumbai? Should start developing myself for another role which will bag me a job?

How do you follow up on applications? In particular, for the companies where there is no contact info and just send you an automated reply. Do some LI stalking? If so, what specific position to harass? HR, boss...?

Just finished an interview for an AE role at a high-growth SaaS organization.

The interviewer told me that their quotas are very high - barely any of their sales reps hit quota YoY. They mentioned, “goals are high to push our reps. hence our YoY growth”

I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.

I am in my 30s, earning significantly lower than all of my friends in the same field because I made a career change late. Dealing with constant anxiety and depression (not just bc of this). AWS-SAA question (newbie): I know AWS account is a root account & by default gives user access/permissions to all the AWS services. You need to have an aws account first to then create IAM users to define who they are, permission groups they’re in, and the level of access/permissions they have to a bucket/object for example. So....when the IAM users are added, do they receive a notification with the url to access the environment? Do they need an aws account as well? Confused on difference
