Looking forward in my career, one avenue I see is making a switch from manager to strategic leader. I am looking at courses or certifications in strategic leadership. What advice might you have in making this transition and are there any courses, certifications, or books that you might recommend.

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. In august they extended my internship to Nov. Yesterday, They offer me a FT APM role, but it starts July 10 and have to respond by 10/15. Internship still ends in Nov, so no employment for 7 months.
