What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? I am looking to pivot into consulting at one of the big4 ( for ~2-3 years)or any other consulting firm to have a well rounded experience that could be applicable to any industry. Went into industry a couple months ago. Previously 3 years in consulting. Okay gig but doesn’t feel right for me and want to apply elsewhere. Is it acceptable to tell recruiters it wasn’t a right fit if they ask about the short time I’ve been at the company? How can I phrase it better? Will switching now look bad?
