Hey everyone! I’m a new grad with an offer for a sales engineer position and I wanted to know if any one in this bowl has transitioned out of sales/solutions engineering into another role or industry? I just want to see what opportunities would be available to me after a year or two as a SE just in case I decide I want a career change.

I'm looking at a company that's beginning to build its HR function in the U.S. (they already have overseas teams). What are some questions I should be asking the CHRO or things I should be considering when I evaluate the HR roadmap? How do you evaluate an HR strategy at this stage? I've worked at startups, but this would be my first time helping build the HR function.

Has anyone here transitioned into Data Analytics from audit/FP&A? I’m interested in potentially going that route but not sure how to get started (currently in FP&A and former audit). I see Data Analysts typically require a background in SQL, which I don’t use in my current role. Would it be beneficial to take SQL courses and earn certifications to add to my linkedin? Also, is the work better and more interesting than audit/FP&A?

Hi all - I am looking for some advice and possible future options. I have associate/senior KPMG experience and moved to industry working in investment accounting. I have passed the CPA exam and am looking at getting the CFE. It seems like a lot of forensic/fraud positions are based in IT/programming or other computer based skills. Are there avenues in fraud/forensics that would be open to someone with my experience? If so, are there any skills/certs that I would need to be a desirable hire? TIA!
