I work as an Equity analyst on the buy side. I am thinking of exploring the PE world post my exposure to listed equities. How easy or difficult would it be to get into the investment team in a PE.

Just began studying for the CFE exam. I have access to past editions of the ACFE Fraud Examiners Manual. Does anyone have recommendations on where to get good practice questions? I’d like to avoid spending a fortune on the ACFE kit.

My company has always had SalesForce but it was not really a tool that we used or that anyone looked at. Over the last year my company has put more stress on growth (to be acquired or IPO) and they are now obsessed. I know it is important and necessary and my boss is clearly becoming stressed with our entire team. But I find it extremely hard to keep as up to date and in line with they new expectations, anyone have any advice on how they stay motivated with SalesForce? Thanks!

Anybody out here know of any “development programs” for mid career professionals looking to transition to sales? Have a data/analytics b/g., but I’m much more social than a “typical” data/analytics person. Applied to Doordash Sr Manager Strategy & Ops - passed the initial 2 stages - spoke to recruiter & then hiring manager. 6 YOE: non-technical tech startup (acquired unicorn) & FAANG background.

Now I have three 30 min interviews consisting of 1) behavioral talk 2) customer case study 3) Testing hypothesis building 0-1. Recruiter hasn't provided details on what to expect at each step. Anyone go through the process and care to share? Would appreciate mock interviews as well!

2. What is the typical billability target? Does one have to market oneself for billability or the Practice lead takes care of it?

I received an offer from Salesforce BVS, but compensation has the 70/30 structure. Base seems low but recruiter said that “usually” the quarterly bonuses are +100%. Could anyone share if this is really the case? Anyone in BVS could share if historically the payout is on target at 30%? Thank you!

Anyone can share their thoughts on the value prop of Salesforce for these large transformation implementations where the SI ends up building a behemoth custom Apex application behind the SF UI? for me, it’s no different from building a custom application in another platform (even cheaper)… maybe AWS?
