Anyone have any tips for motivation? I recently switched firms and it feels like busy season never ended. I am always putting out fires because the manager doesn’t tell me about projects/issues until the day of the internal deadline. I like PA but I don’t want to work busy season hours year round

I have heard PDM is like contract worker, you can get laid off once project ends(just 2 weeks bench). How true is that/how risky it is to join PDM?(considering I am in US on H1B)

Excluding agencies like W+K, BBDO, Droga..., why do recruiters and CDs ask questions like “what’s your goal as a human in life?” or “how would you change the world?” when they KNOW they just need an average creative, to make more average campaigns for average clients?

I have my first interview tomorrow for a new job - I’m currently still at the agency I got my first job at (it’s been 2 years & I’ve had 1 promotion, for reference). My question is - can they ask me how much I’m currently making? If so, can I lie? Can they ask for proof? I’m grossly underpaid right now (way below average and even below minimum for my role) so I’ll be asking for a hefty increase, but don’t want them to know just HOW hefty, because I feel like it’ll put me at a disadvantage.

Soooo. I’ve had a recruiter tell me about 3 opportunities she thought I’d be good for and I expressed my interest in moving forward and learning more, etc.
Then, I don’t hear from her for over 2 weeks, and she tells me about the same 3 opportunities.....and I expressed my interest AGAIN. And now I haven’t heard from her for another week.
I don’t understand the process? Shouldn’t it be quicker. If she thinks I’m a good fit why hasn’t she set me up to talk to anyone yet?
