Recently joined a consulting firm and have a corporate AmEx now. I am planning on paying the $95 fee to get the points from corporate expenses. I also have only a chase sapphire preferred. Is it worth picking up a Gold or Platinum card to pool all the points in one place? I eat out a lot and mostly redeem points for statement credit or the occasiaonl hotel room (use Marriott). Don’t do a ton of personal flying. Thanks in advance.

Hi! Doing a Ragnar with girlfriends and one of the girls booked a hotel in the Duluth, MN (where we finish) for the night after our race. We have 3 rooms booked at a Marriott, I have 10 suite upgrade nights...can I use 3 of them for 3 diff rooms on same night? I am having a problem with understanding. When my lead or someone explains something, being an introvert, I won't stop them at any point, even though I don’t understand a few things. Later I would complete the work based on partial understanding and some assumptions. This is demotivating me and also frustrating to other people as well.
