Looking to expand my Excel skills by learning Power Query/Power Pivot & VBA & then expand my learning towards certain programming languages (not Excel related).

I currently have access to LinkedIn Learning, but curious about Udemy and Coursera. I know about the differences between them, but content-wise, anyone have a better experience with one over the other out of three? Other recommendations?

Deloitte s&a - which offering has higher overall comp, base, bonus - strategy or analytics and cognitive a&c? Have both options available … to come in at SC level. I’m not so technical but analytics aligned, so I would think the ai and data strategy roles within strategy. Or anything a&c and just know I’m less technical. Which way if I’m trying to follow the $$ and exit ops?

Recently promoted to L5 in Strategy & Ops at Google. Feels like a good time to take stock of my career. I don't think I want to pursue a longer career in StratOps, but would like to stay in Google for the foreseeable future. I like the sound of PM roles (but aware it can be hard to transition / secure a role with limited PM experience). So I am working as a UI UX designer since Jan22. I started with a really good project (everything from the scratch) with research, knowing the user etc. The project went really well. It was my first project that I handled individually. I got another project it also went well. Then I was told to work directly with a client, it's been 2 months already we work late hours and also on weekend (asked by the client). It feels like my personal life is gone. Do you think I should change job?

Are there any in house entertainment roles that are particularly good? Netflix is obviously FAANG but I’ve heard the culture is cutthroat. On the other end of the spectrum, heard the traditional TV networks pay terribly. Any other options? What about in house music roles? Is that a thing?

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? I joined Byju's 6 months back, as a Software Engineer.
At that time I had 2 YOE and my CTC was 10LPA.
I was offered 15LPA by Byju's and I accepted it and joined them.

Now I see new joinees with less than 1YOE joining Byju's with 18-20LPA, what should I do?

So someone I know asked HR about a boot policy. When he found out that there wasn’t one, but his boss said there was (who gave the guys $ for boots and the claimed it on his expense reimbursements as something else) the boss got mad at him for askingHR (and in trouble for the expense reimbursements) and then 2 days later laid off my friend. Has anyone ever had issues with formulas not automatically updating when working in an excel workbook on sharepoint? Ive confirmed that the formulas are set to calculate automatically. I have to manually go in an click “calculate now” every time I change something, but it only updates in my view of the worksheet.
