Getting frustrated with my job search - I keep getting to the 3rd/4th round then being told they love me but I'm not senior enough. So I'm either going for jobs that are too ambitious, or not selling myself well on the managing up/sideways skillset.

Current title is Director of Marketing (2 yrs), previous titles Head of Marketing, Global Comms. I'm looking for Head of Brand type of roles. Too ambitious?

If it's the other thing - how do I build and prove those managing up / executive skills?

How is working for HCL singapore for a renowned bank ?
Salary wise i believe okay decent type , don't think it's best

But otherwise , working wise is it good for learning and working on latest tech . Is it hectic due to strict deadlines. I am not sure howz the culture at Singapore

Hey all, would love some advice. I’m a Business Analyst with 5 YOE and minimal technical skills. And I’m really unhappy where I’m at. Very underpaid, and feel like I’m limited in job opportunities. I want to become more technical but no idea where to even start! I was thinking about starting with a certification but most seems really tough to learn as a newbie.
