I think meditation has made my focus better, I got good results with headspace
Accenture has 3 months fee for our peeps as well
The Calm app has some good beginners guided meditation
Go to a slower or yin yoga class. That's more focused on breathing and meditating
It helps me reset. When I work late, i used to have 2 options: 1. Have excel dreams or 2. Watch an hour or 2 of trash tv to turn my brain off. Now I can do a 5 minute sleep meditation and have no issues. I really like the peloton meditations.
It’s been sooo beneficial for me. Like going to the gym, sometimes I dread it but once I do it I’m so glad I did. Keeps me calm for days, better mood, easier to handle life with kindness.
Headspace app is a good beginner start. Insight timer is free and has tons of meditations. I prefer to do yoga. Not Core Power where it’s for a workout, do a flow yoga that puts meditation first.
