I have a situation in front of me. I got an offer from small company or we could say startup company Uzio (pdt based) and my manager in current company didn't revert back with any retaining offer. It's been a month and 27 days left in np.
My dilemma is that my current team including reporting manager are very rude and not supportive. I don't want to work in this project. But if I join in that startup company, there's a risk as everyone is talking about recession, firing. Suggestions?

My firm isn't even bad or anything I'm literally just exhausted from constant code-switching and never seeing a face like mine in the office unless they're a client. Seriously considering looking for somewhere with leadership that is significantly more diverse.
