Hi I work in patient finance and I am desperately bored with my job. I have a bachelors which isn’t a requirement for my role. I have been applying non stop to jobs that do require a bachelors and I am qualified for. Either I don’t get called for an interview or when I do I’m not selected. I have followed up with some of the interviewers and they all told me I interview well. I am so tired of disappointment that I feel like giving up and just settling. I don’t know what to do.

I started a new job last week and the team sent me a ton of documentation but hasn’t scheduled any meetings to actually go over tools or explain anything to me and has now given me my first task even though I’ve pretty openly stated that I’m still making it through documentation and have no idea what my role truly will be. Any tips or ideas how I can better engage them to get what I need?

I missed adding parents in health insurance for this financial year. my father cancer surgery happened and I spend 15 lakh from savings and debt. Their is further spends in next financial year April and May for chemotherapy & radiation.
