Does anyone know if I need to physically move when transferring to a different office during covid? I feel like a lot of ppl are working from home in a different state but not sure if it works for H1Bs? I’m a little reluctant to move right now cuz my new jobs is at a covid epicenter.

EY recruiter said they can start perm process in 6 months after joining (I have PD 2019). Is it policy or just wordings? Also is there any automated system that will identify your eligibility and you can directly apply or it depends upon push from your manager/partner? Thanks

For context, I just find that I enjoy the quantitative work the most, and am pretty proficient today in SQL, Alteryx, tools at that level, so trying to expand a bit.
