I'm in the Dallas FDD group. It might be hard to switch on a completely lateral move - just to get ahead of that - but you might be in the same salary range. I'm happy to discuss further but I don't have enough likes to DM yet..🙃
Depends what you want. If you’re looking at FDD as a stepping stone to another job (IB, FP&A, etc) you’re best bet is the Big 4. If you want to stay in FDD for a while, make $$$, and have a good WLB you’re better off going to Kroll, HL, or A&M (non-PA firms).
PwC as the pay is the highest out of B4.
DM me for referral!
PwC is 3 interviews and a case study. KPMG is 2 interviews with no case study (HMU for a referral)
Why do you need to move? If you’re at a big 4 there are tons of transfer opportunities (like way more than prior years) since all lines of service are understaffed.
I interviewed with 8 different FDD firms (Big 4 and several MM) in Dallas before finally deciding on Houlihan Lokey. Happy to chat about my experience and Houlihan Lokey. Feel free to DM.
I can confirm the above comment, which also means that KPMG is hiring in Dallas. HMU for a referral.

The pay will be within 5-15k for each firm. Go with whichever team seemed to have the best vibe/culture
