Does MBB really do extremely impactful strategy work on every project? I feel like I want that more than ever but in the back of my mind I feel like it will ultimately be normal project work

I have a contact who has basic knowledge of java programming. She started with LnTInfotech and got mapped into a project with most of her work being in Hyperion tool. She has great desire to become a web developer. She has a total of 2.5 years of experience. She is looking for project opportunities where she gets to work as a java dev?
Is there any leads that my fellow fishes can share here? It would be of great help.

Honestly I feel so isolated on my project. This WFH has taken a toll on my mental health and I don’t know how much more I can take. I barely speak with anyone other than the other analyst on my project. I want to set up daily touch points just to know I’m not alone. I’ve told my counselor I want to roll off and join a team that interacts more, but he just says to be grateful I have my job and am billable through the year. Is anyone else feeling this way?
