Started giving interviews for Epam systems (bangalore) and Mindtree (kolkata) at the same time. Epam finished the whole process in just about a week and rolled out offer amount X (80% hike) which i had accepted then. Now about after 3weeks Mindtree comes out with an offer X+ 0.5L and gave 3 days to accept it. Need reviews from fishes here to make a wise decision.
