I will be interviewing with ClearView Healthcare Partners for an experienced role at the London office. Wondering if anyone have insights of what the interview could look like? I know they will be a case and fit questions. Wondering if it will be any different to graduate entry interviews? If they will me technical questions? TIA!
It’s not uncommon to not return to work. You are entitled to your Fmla. If you’re open to remote work please let me know! We are always looking for project coordinators
@Principal Consultant I have a friend who would also be interested in a remote project coordinator role. Solid resume with the right certifications. Please let me know if I can send a DM. Thanks

Take PTO and quit 2 weeks after, just say you need a breather from professional life and need to work on your mental health. Take some time to yourself and make sure to make your LinkedIn to years instead of putting down months to avoid having to explain your leave, I’d do the same in my resume. I don’t use months because I don’t even give them the chance to doubt my skills based on me taking a break between jobs.

I took a pat leave and quit upon return. Leave is a benefit you earned, use it
Take the breather…
Just FYI you can’t use FMLA unless you can prove you are caring for an immediate family member or have a serious medical condition. If you do qualify for FMLA and quit during leave they’ll ask you to back pay health benefit premiums. You can take a personal leave of absence but it’s not job protected like FMLA.
I’d take the breather and use that time to rest and figure out your next steps, that way you have the option of having a job to come back to if you need it.
Thank you! I have used it before for mental health reasons and was signed off by my therapist. The health premium part is super valid and I didn’t think about that. Appreciate the feedback!
