The most annoying part of an interview process “create a presentation on our product you know nothing about and present it to 3 people who know every last detail about the product”. It’s not a shortage of people applying, it’s the unnecessarily long interview processes. When many companies are now adapting this, no one has time to put together multiple presentations after normal working hours. Hiring has gotten so complicated for no reason.

Since I'd attended an interview long back i was surprised to receive this call and HR informed me that I'll be having a HR round and the day comes i joined the call ( literally they didn't even ask a single HR question and it was completely about TR) when I reached out to HR . I was told this was a TR + MR
Whose mistake is this ? wasn't their job to inform us properly about?

I only started at PwC a couple of months ago, but I started getting hunted down by Amazon. I just passed my technical interview with them and I am moving on to the loop interview. What I want to know is... does anyone have experience at both? In my head, as a Solutions Architect, Amazon (or any FAANG) is a feather in my cap.
