Siegfried doesn't have internal recruiters because they believe the best candidates are peers of their employees. That's why the incentive for referrals is so great. It's a different model, but I think it's more organic than a random recruiter you've never met messaging you on LinkedIn.

These people at Siegfried are thirsty AF when it comes to trying to recruit/refer people
So to everyone- the referral bonus is 11.5 K for first person, then up to 17k for a second person. I’ve been at siegfried for 3 months from RSM and so far its been great. Can dm me if you actually want to talk instead of all just shitting on each other.
All partners/HR/staffing trying to turn people away from Siegfried when the big 4 is our biggest customer contracting most of our people back to do their understaffed audits - overtime bonuses for agreeing to do busy season with big 4 through Siegfried can be upwards of $20k on top of other bonuses for overtime. “No I want to keep doing busy season for a fraction of the salary!” 🤣 like okay sorry someone tried to help you make more money doing the same thing
EY2 because if you contract directly with the Big 4 you are a 1099 hourly contractor that will not receive benefits like health insurance and vacation, and once your contract period for the busy season is over you'll be without a job. If you only want to work for a few months of the year to get a nice chunk of change that's completely fair, but with Siegfried you are a full-time employee with benefits and once the Big 4 contract you're assigned to ends you still have a full time stable income. Benefits to both but they're completely different paths.

I feel like “great pay” is subjective and can potentially be false advertising. How about we say looking have more time outside of work and still make money that may or may not be to your satisfaction.
By great pay it’s better than what the big 4 pays you to do assurance busy season by a long shot based on the simple fact that you get overtime. No overtime is not great money.
What’s the pay
Depends on region and level like any other firm. But OT over 45 hours is offered.
