Looking to offer website building but my experience is very limited and have only worked with Wordpress. How much experience should I have before I advertise my services? Any specific skills I should develop that are really important for business owners?

I’m taking the SHRM-CP exam today and I’m pretty nervous. I’ve been studying for three months but somehow it still feels like it wasn’t enough. Any words of encouragement?

I’m taking the SPHR in less than 2 months and haven’t started studying for it. How difficult is it? I’ve been in HR for 20 years and have experienced ALOT in that time, although there are always employee relations scenarios that surprise me! How much do I really need to study for this? I just can’t seem to motivate myself to do it, I’m so mentally burnt out at the end of the day from a high stress HR job, the last thing I feel like doing is studying HR!

I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance.
I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members.
Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?

My boss the general manager is setting me up at work. She is saying all this stuff about me that is not true at all. Anybody have side hustles that are completely different from what they do on their job? I’m currently working as a Product Manager building some APIs but really my biggest skill is data analysis and creating work for engineering teams. Not really sure how I could use these skills to build something of my own. The only thing I can think of would be freelancing on the side and doing sql/excel analysis for clients on like Upwork or something.
