Not sure there are many bonuses out there unless you are transferring money in. I just use fidelity. It is easy

Vanguard. Fidelity. Schwab. All are good options. I use Vanguard and keep all my accounts there. I like as many of my accounts as possible in one place.
I also don’t think opening bonuses are a thing.
Any major brokerage makes hands on vs off easy. Just invest in a broad index fund. Or target retirement fund. Either way it’s important to just get your money in and let it start working for you.
I use vanguard and because I’m a huge fan of their actively managed funds. I go actively managed because of my favorite Roth IRA benefit- you aren’t taxed when a trade occurs.
