I asked my OBGYN and she said that unless I start trying, there’s not much in terms of testing she can do and that she wouldn’t recommend it. Hi, My current CTC 19.2 YOE 10, skill set .Net, Azure and K8S.

I have got offer from EY with 28.5 fixed + 2.85 Variable.
Also got breakup of 35(33.25 fixed and 1.75 variable) from ATOS.
When I have tried to re negotiate with EY HR to match amount from ATOS. She was saying EY doesn't have that policy of giving counter offer, her personal thought is won't be possible 99%, but she will update later if there is any scope.

Please share your thoughts shoud I wait for EY GDS or go with ATOS.
