Looking to potentially switch over to a company that just got acquired by Acrisure. Im told Acrisure won’t be changing anything and that our jobs/duties won’t be in jeopardy. Does anyone have thoughts on this? I would be an Ops manager.

I’m in the same position at an acrisure partner. It’s been over six years and they have held true to their philosophy. I enjoy working with their team.

We were acquired by Acrisure a few years ago and that is accurate. No changes to management or jobs. Some things changed over time but more for overall compliance.

That’s awesome to hear. Was your employer an agency or a broker?
