That sounds like something a local realtor could provide for you very quickly!

I’d try to think of an area you think you might like, then see what sold in the last 90 days in that area, then call the seller’s realtor from one of the condos that sold. They will know what the bidding looked like and how to be competitive.

You can do that legwork on Zillow or Redfin yourself in about 10 to 15 minutes.

I hear Pembrooke Pines and Plantation nearby create easier commutes and it's affordable.

Coral gables or coconut grove sweetie. Go big or go home
