As a former mid level associate who was looking for a job- LinkedIn and Glassdoor were the only sites worth using. Law crossing can require a payment or going through BCG, which was not a good recruiting service for associates, in my opinion. See if there are local recruiters in your area so you can send the word out to them and they can check their recruits

Using Indeed or a website is way cheaper than a recruiter and more effective in my opinion. Then broadcast your posting broadly through LinkedIn, social media, even emails to hopefully get some good referrals from friends and colleagues.

Before you start the hiring/recruitment process take a look at the company called the Culture Index they can help you narrow down the type of person that would be a good fit for the position and the office

Not sure if you are still looking, but wanted to update my earlier comment. I have found success on indeed the past couple of days. They connected two firms who were looking with me. Went through the interview process and both seemed to be good fits. Indeed may be a good route for you to explore.

Anybody work at Amazon? Are their offers negotiable? My husband got an offer for a senior position in the VA office paying $120k plus $20k bonus plus 13 shares of stock that vest over 4 years. He likes the offer but not sure if he should negotiate for more because it’s expected?

Also, how is the culture of the other firms. Im not opposed to moving firms.
