Potentially dumb question, but does health insurance start on Day 1 at Deloitte? I made the mistake of leaving my job at the very end of Oct. and start at D on Nov. 15th. In between, for 2 weeks I don’t have health insurance and I REALLY don’t wanna pay $540+ for a 90 day prescription.

To my sales friends in the trenches. Would you rather stay in a chill job with an average base & no quota or commission (doesn’t matter if you sell it’s more CS Account Management). Or would you want commissions + quota along with the stress to sell?

I still have a 35k Marriott free night set to expire 6/30 if anyone wants it. I have titanium status so it should also come with free breakfast and a pretty good upgrade chance (especially if it’s only a one night stay). Is it worth moving to countries like Canada, Australia just for money if husband and wife together earns 40L+ INR and potential for more as we both have 5-6 years of exp and still learning.
