Recs regarding? If you intend to manage it yourself, you can look into a discount brokerage such as TD, Schwab, etc. they provide minimal services at a low cost, while allowing you to access a large number of low cost index funds.
Seems to be working fine for me.
Max ur 401k and IRA every year and and put them in an s&p index fund. Keep 25k in emergency cash. Get the gold amex. Go to vegas a lot and dont live a boring life just to quit your job early. U are already rich, enjoy.
I have the Platinum Amex already hah. And I agree I don’t wanna just quit my career too young but might pivot to something more rewarding 🤷🏻♂️
Send me some cash
I’m going for FIRE too. I’m worried I’ve been putting too much into 401k which won’t give me flexibility... have about $250K net worth, about $150K of which is in 401k. Thoughts?
I stopped contributing to my 401k bc I’d rather be more liquid and dunno if I’ll be around come 65, or 67 whatever it is now haha
