Had an interview last week, recruiter may as well been a robot. The best part was her telling me all these great things about the growth of Salesforce the last few years. They did so well all new hires are now hourly employees! These blue chip companies are becoming a joke. Indeed is now doing the same thing…both claiming it’s better for when you work OVERTIME 😂

I applied for one rule at BlackRock a couple of months ago and received a rejection email couple of weeks ago.

I just received two emails from them asking me to submit a virtual cover letter for two different roles.

Should I just ignore them and not waste my time or this is normal to happen?

I'm a former solo/small law firm attorney that took a long detour in ediscovery work. I've worked my way up to being a senior director and defensibility consultant on the vendor side, but am wanting to leave the vendors and go back firm side. Is it crazy to think I could transition back into private practice somewhere? Where does one even start?

Need some advice. Work for AT&T corp Store Manager. Been in wireless industry for about 14 years. Base is about 60k and commission and incentives add to 35k extra. Single dad and have worries making less then 80-85k if I change companies. Don’t have degree but considered a top store managing about 20 people. Not getting the opp to progress past this level. What are good areas I should be looking at? Staying in sales or managing sales? Account manager etc. Not a fan of cold call type roles
