Unless it's a target MBA program, my suspicion is that they're unlikely to offer you above a Consultant role at Deloitte with that amount of experience.
Sure! Never hurts to apply. At Deloitte (now) it's roughly 2 YOE for analyst, 3-5 for C. SC is 6-9-ish, but they really downlevel at SC. I have seen folks with 12 YOE come in at SC because it was in industry, so that would be who you're competing against. An MBA helps, but if it isn't from a target school they'll probably just help push you to the higher end of the salary range within the role they were already going to put you. A non-target MBA *might* make the difference between A to C, but unlikely C to SC. Almost definitely not SC to M.
Just keep in mind that Senior Consultant at EY = Consultant at Deloitte

Yeah you don't have enough experience to qualify as an SC at Deloitte but you can definitely apply to consultant roles where you are well qualified!
At EY you'd likely come in as a senior associate and make it to senior consultant in a year. Lmk if you want a referral.
