Any tips on getting a salary bump at Salesforce? I only make $123k total. I've been developing on the Salesforce platform for 10+ years. I have years of experience with Salesforce core development and configuration as well as Heroku, react, node, Cumulus CI (for dev ops), etc. I was going to make a deck to showcase the value I bring but wondering if y'all have any other tips?
Admin is all memorization so I wouldn’t worry. Create a free dev org, get comfortable in Salesforce, and go from there. Exams are useless without experience
I'm pretty sure the entire exam is on Quizlet, basic admin is pretty simple so do some basic studying and you should be all set.

I disagree with this statement. If you have the Salesforce admin in Accenture world I would expect you to be able to play certain roles that quizlet or focus on force doesn’t prepare you for.. but it is a stepping stone. Understanding the content and how to apply it is far more practical than the actual cert that will give you a certain credibility that you will not be able to live up to. Just my two cents.
Focus on force study guide ($19) along w trailheads are a good way to pass and learn the material
You need at least 40 hours prep time (10 per week) if familiar with Salesforce, double that if not
