Definitely recommend staying inside Yellowstone to cut down on driving time. I did one night at Old Faithful Inn and two at the Canyon and enjoyed moving around to see more of the park. But be aware, the park lodges book up fast. I would also recommend a trip down to the Grand Tetons if you can swing it

Second this! Grand Tetons are beautiful and they offer a few boat experiences on Jackson Lake in the park. I did a sunrise breakfast one and was beautiful ❤️

Definitely agree that Yellowstone needs more than just a day trip. I did a full day exploring the lower ring and another exploring the upper ring and I still could have used more time. I recommend taking the time to not only visit Old Faithful but also fully explore all of the boardwalk paths behind it, same for Mammoth Springs

In the middle of a panda express? How selfish

Booking fills up quickly staying in the park but definitely cool to get the feel of the park by staying there. Bozeman dinner - blackbird is very good. Big sky dinnerlone mountain ranch is very good. Yellowstone - pack lunches and a cooler in your rental from Bozeman. Highly recommend Lamar valley, slough creek for sightseeing in addition to the staples.

Also highly recommend glacier if you can fit it in your schedule or extend your trip

I had multiple mediations recently. I do management side employment law. Overall I’m walking away feeling like what the heck are we paying the mediators for? I’m tired of the mediators saying they don’t want to hear about the merits of the case. The merits are DIRECTLY tied to the amount of settlement authority I have. I feel like our clients are getting worked way more than the plaintiffs side. Also plaintiffs have followed up every single settlement with “can we get the funds before holiday?”

Over the holiday shut down I want to really do some things to have alone time and relax. Anyone have a recommendation for a great spa anywhere that’s easy to get to? Either in NYC or an easy place to get to outside? I would love a spot with a serenity room and with hot tubs etc. please share anything you know and if you recommend a specific massage therapist or treatment or anything. Or if you have other spots like Buddhist temples or anything where I can get some relaxation. Thanks!

But you told me you were doing all this stuff and since you are a midlevel and generally good at your job, I believed it was getting done. You should have either finished all of it (talking about stuff you said you were handling a month ago) and/or sent me a clear email saying “I didn’t have time to handle XYZ if you could take over”.
