Looking to transition from an electrical engineer (wide range of experience in low and medium voltage systems) to FPGA or embedded system engineer. While I really do enjoy the design aspect of power systems, I've always leaned more towards the software side of EE and I like working closely with hardware. I have experience through college and personal projects, but I'm not sure how going from multiple years of power system design to a more hardware/low level design will pan out.

Anyone have experience / insight into cloud economics teams at AWS? Is the work interesting? Or is it primarily running ROI models for sales support (which does not seem interesting...)?

I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
