Hello all, so I currently am 24M working at tmobile. I just found out my store is closing at the end of this month. They're offering to transfer me but simply put I know for a fact I won't see as much traffic coming into the store so less potential for sales. I'm looking to find a good job to transition too. I do have my life and health insurance license but I didn't like what I did before. Any suggestions on good sales jobs or what to look into? I'd appreciate the help, thanks!

I’m moving from senior BDR/SDR to senior manager of BD. What questions can I answer for current/prospective development reps?

Everything used to pay $350k on target earnings. Tech is booming but I am noticing pay has dropped substantially despite inflation. I am seeing $300k ote and most roles are set up to not hit plan. Does anyone have insight here? It sends a clear message. Just thinking experienced sellers are going to leave or pivot because they follow the money and they are going to get less experienced sellers.

I am starting a new position as an SDR at LinkedIn and thus signing a new contract. It’s an entry-level position but I have already worked in the company for some time. Would you recommend negotiating the offer or SDR entry-level positions are usually not negotiable?

(I've heard that other SDRs were earning around 40k EUR 70% base salary and 18k EUR 30% variable earnings, in Ireland)

I was a top biller and top manager at a large staffing company for five years and was treated like a child. The place was crazy. Six months into my new role I’m still scared to request PTO or afraid that my boss would be mad if she found that I took an afternoon break to walk my dog.

Looking for career advice. 8 total YOE and 3 1/2 in sales specifically. Just over 3 YOE with an industrial IoT company selling mostly hardware and some custom software solutions and occasionally cloud connectors as an inside sales engineer. I'm about to finish an Enterprise software sales internship at IBM but will need to find a job as a contingency in case things don't work out.
