I don’t see a legal category..

Dang, that is a steep drop off from the top salary listed.

Amen, we need some salary visibility. Doing this now.

Amazon L7 numbers don’t look right given their backloaded vesting. Year 1 is heavy cash but light stock, while years 3-4 would be heavy stock with low cash.

230k bonus/year and 105k stock/year looks like they combined their year 1 signing bonus with 25% of their stock grant when it should be 5%.

Do Microsoft Hr and recruiters donot respond. They told me that they will offer the letter in some days and then no response.
Then after 2 weeks they shared mail with offer letter. In which I had some queries, so I raised the queries in the mail itself. There was no response again.
I tried reaching other hr and one of them never picks call and other ones is always out of network area. Its been a week and no response as of now on mail or call.
Did this happen to anyone else too?

Thoughts on when a contract is silent as to whether liability is uncapped? We typically cap liability at contract price, but this particular heavyweight co. wants TCs accepted as is. Their terms disclaim consequential damages but there’s no language at all about whether it’s capped or uncapped. If a K is silent as to this, is it implied that both parties have agreed to uncapped? Or does it go to reasonableness standard?
