I have a bachelor degree (5 year path designed with 150 credits for CPA). I already passed CPA. But now I’m debating if it’s worth it to get a master degree or MBA if I eventually leave big 4 because everyone around me have master’s degree. Is it something I should consider doing in my situation?

From software developer to product in faang- how did you it? Executive MBA or weekend mba ? Full time is not an option for me. I am already mid 30s and don’t want to leave my job.

Has anyone dealt with stuffing allocation in a non-hedge fund context? It seems even in the HF world the law is fuzzy in using aggregate reverse 704c principles in stuffing allocations. I was contacted by a recruiter on behalf of a nonprofit seeking a remote executive director. Recruiter asked what my target salary is. According to 2020 990 info, the total annual revenue was $242,732, and total salary expenses was $150,448. On their website, there are four staff listed not including the ED. Their positions are: Director, Managing Director, Senior Editor, and Communications/Engagement Manager.

What is a reasonable target salary to respond to the recruiter with?
