What's your usual wait times when seeking medical consultation or procedures?

I got sick with what I at first thought was stomach bug last Sunday (vomiting, fatigue, then crazy chills and body aches). Lasted 1 day.
My nose was also a bit congested, so went to get a pcr on Monday and got a positive result. Tested again at 2 diff places on Wed - 2 negatives. All pcr.
Had no symptoms since Sunday.
Has anyone had something similar happen to them? Was it just false positive (everyone’s been saying that almost never happens), or just super mild case of Covid?

I went to a physical exam, the doctor suggested a bunch of tests. I said I only want to do preventative ones. He said one diagnostic test is about $300, so I agreed to take it. Because of this one diagnostic test, everything is billed as diagnostic. I got 2k medical bills for the visit, preventative tests and the aforementioned test. Is there anything I can do? I talked to insurance and doctor but they wont budge.

I have received a 797C asking for a I-485J, my current and only employer filed for my I-140 that got approved on Feb 2021, the on March 2021 my I-485 was filed, I already had my biometrics done, still waiting for EAD and AP, but I received today the notification asking for the I-485J Supplement J, Confirmation of Bona Fide Job Offer or Request is this normal?? Or my lawyers filed something wrong?? I was certainly not expecting that, would my GC is now delayed until this form is filed?
