Maybe you should be more responsible with client property instead of being verbally abusive to their admin workers. If she had record of you needing guest passes so frequently, it makes you and your firm look careless and rude.

Sorry 3rd guest pass* and M1 normally I am very pleasant. But her reaction when I very nicely asked for a guest pass was dripping with contempt. As if she was doing me an enormous favor by printing me a pass. Like screw you I'm asking you to your job.

I said nothing but please and thank you, so put your mind to rest d2 no one was subjected to verbal abuse. I only used three guest passes because I didn't want to request a new badge prematurely only to find my old one.
